Terminus 2005

From October to December 2005, Terminus Projects presented its inaugural exhibition of commissioned site-specific works from 11 local artists curated by Sarah Rawlings. Sydney locations and artists were initially sourced to address concepts such as progress, globalisation, capitalism and democracy, and further discuss their effects on diverse and dispersed urban communities. The resulting ephemeral site-specific works provided new conceptions of the facts and fictions, narratives and moments traversed in the contemporary metropolis of Sydney in the year 2005.
